What a way to wrap up the season! I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Canyon Creek Cyclones’ final swim meet on Saturday, July 12th, and wow, what a high-energy, feel-good event it was!
Our neighborhood swimming team never fails to impress! From building swimming skills and endurance to promoting water safety and teamwork, these athletes, and their incredible coaches, give it their all. The meet took place right at our community pool, tucked in the heart of Canyon Creek, making it easy for neighbors to cheer each other on.
One of my favorite parts? Seeing so many familiar faces, past clients, longtime friends, and neighbors. It felt like a mini reunion, and I loved every minute of it!
The energy was electric from the start, with Matt Romansky on the bullhorn rallying the crowd. It gave me chills, hearing everyone pause to say the Pledge of Allegiance and sing the National Anthem before the races began, such a meaningful tradition that brings us together.
As a proud sponsor of the Canyon Creek Cyclones Swim Team, I’m always honored to support this amazing group. Swimming is such a valuable sport for kids, teaching discipline, determination, and resilience while building strength and confidence.
Since 1994, I’ve called Canyon Creek home and have been privileged to help many families plant roots in this special community. Supporting events like this is just one of the many ways I love staying connected.
