Just one day before hitting the market, I gave a trusted buyer’s agent early access to preview my new listing at 9527 Indigo Brush Dr in Canyon Creek, and the rest is history!

The moment they walked in, this sweet family of four fell in love, with the rich wood flooring, the wall of windows that flood the living spaces with natural light, the spacious backyard, and the perfect corner cul-de-sac location.

They did their homework too! Before submitting an offer, they consulted a pool company to make sure a backyard pool was possible. After reviewing the survey, measuring the yard, and sending video footage, the answer was yes, and the offer came through!

We’re now under contract with a smooth closing set just two days after school starts, so their little girls can begin the school year and move right into their new home.
