Saturday afternoon while I was volunteering at “Gavin’s Gift of Grace Golf tournament,” on the third hole handing out bags of popcorn and cold water, I received a text from a buyer’s agent: “The executed contract is in your inbox.”

I received an offer very late Friday night and talked to my seller Saturday morning. A small counter was made and turned the counter around to the agent before our Saturday open house.
