Great news! I’m delighted to share that my latest listing in Canyon Creek, located at 10218 Open Gate Drive, has closed. I stopped over the day before closing to make sure the house was cleaned, yard mowed, garbage cans emptied, put away and left a sheet for the buyer and their agent for their walkthrough with important details they might need to know for the home.
