March 2024 is showing promising signs of activity in the Canyon Creek real estate market in Austin, TX. I am thrilled to report the closure of two of my listings out of the five properties sold, both of which garnered multiple offers. The enthusiasm among buyers for fresh, well-presented, and reasonably priced homes is exciting. Many buyers are actively seeking to make a purchase as their current leases approach renewal. Open houses remain bustling, reflecting the eagerness of buyers to navigate our limited inventory of homes.

Compared to last March, we’ve witnessed a steady consistency with five closings. Presently, the market comprises only two active homes, averaging a short 31 days on the market. Furthermore, there are currently eight homes pending, indicating a promising outlook for April in terms of closings.

Due to these favorable conditions, I urge sellers to seize the moment without delay. The robust demand from an active buyer pool, buoyed by the traditional spring surge in market activity, underscores the importance for sellers to act swiftly to capitalize on this momentum.
