January was a great start for 2024! At our NW Coldwell Banker office, we celebrated 18 of our accomplished agents, who achieved recognition in the January Million Dollar Club. These individuals listed, wrote business, or closed sales worth 1 million dollars or more!

u  We wrote 49 contracts for $26,912,239 with an average sales price of $585,050 and wrote 30 leases

u  We closed 48.25 units for $38,317,094 with an average sold price of $794,136 plus closed 27 leases.
