Melissa hosted an incredibly successful Open House for my new listing at 9911 Cinnabar Trail, right before the Super Bowl kickoff. Anticipating a surge in buyer interest, we were pleased to see three agent showings before the official Open House, and an exceptionally great turnout!

With multiple offers on the table, I promptly set a deadline for Monday at 10 am. We’ve now selected a buyer and are under contract, with inspections scheduled for this week as we navigate our seven-day option period.

Buyers were particularly enamored with the remodeled kitchen, with the 42-inch painted and inked cabinets, stylish hardware, granite countertops, a travertine subway tile backsplash, and under-cabinet lighting.
