The home came on the market and we knew it wouldn’t last long and we were right! They just received an offer when I called the listing agent, so we wrote up their best shot and won it! It checked all their boxes; newer home, granite counters, open and airy floorplan, and a big back yard to have a garden, backing to green space. We are through inspections, option period is over and closing is scheduled for early March.
The lender has closed all their parent’s loans so they have the loan under control! Love it when it all comes together. The listing agent is wonderful to work with…win/win all the way around.
