Our NW Coldwell Banker recently absorbed 33 agents from another office after their broker retired in November. It’s been a whirlwind of on boarding agents and making them feel welcome. Although it’s a daunting task for our broker and our office at this time of year it’s also an opportunity we took on with no regrets!

It’s been fun scheduling meetings, holiday parties, classes and enveloping the agents into our awesome culture of abundance. Our Holiday Office Open House late Tuesday afternoon was a labor of love and gift of grace. It didn’t have to be perfect; it needed our focus on gratefulness with the addition of these agents to our office.

Letting them know they are now part of our culture was top of mind. Even though it won’t happen overnight, it was a great step in embracing the concept during the holidays.
