Beautiful Becket loves to bake! She tells us all she is going to open up a bakery and it’s going to be called “Miss Queen Bee Bakery!”
She has taken a few cooking classes and is always experimenting baking something. At this time of the year she likes to share something with her class mates and has made our family “Texas Trash” in the past but found there were several students with peanut allergies. This year she decided to make “Monkey Bread” to share. It’s a tradition our family makes Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Unfortunately I was in CA last week-end and couldn’t help her bake but gave her the recipe and her Mom helped. After several texts she was disappointed her first one didn’t quite come out right so I texted her some more secrets and the second one was perfect! Beautiful Beckett has perseverance!
