Queen B’ s was organized for Bianca Vanderberg, who is still battling stage 4, breast cancer with courage, dignity, spirit and resolve to beat this cancer out of her system. She is a young wife, mother to 2 adorable boys, sister, and a friend to an army of friends, family and acquaintances who are her prayer warriors and supporters!
Our incredible “Queen B’s” took first place in raising the most funds with over $18,921 in the Austin event, last year! We all believe continuing to raise awareness of this awful disease is paramount in finding a cure someday. Our beehive is amazing!
Susan G. Komen “MORE THAN PINK WALK” is Sunday, October 30, 2022. The location has changed from last year. It will be held at Barton Creek Mall in the NE Lot at 2901 South Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin TX. Here is the course map.
Last year it was so rewarding to see Bianca up on stage speaking and accepting the award. She is an inspiration to all of us. Our pink shirts read this powerful message:
