The sky is not falling as you can see from the July Sales report but there is an adjustment taking place. Inventory is building, and in Canyon Creek the 7 active homes have been on the market an average of 43 days. Inventory is rising and homes are taking longer than 48 hours to sell. This is giving buyers a little more breathing room and some welcome relief.
