Another amazing month in 2022 Austin Real Estate! Our NW Coldwell Banker office crushed it with an astounding 32 agents eligible for the April Million Dollar Club by listing, writing business or closing sales of 1 Million or more!

It’s exciting to see everyone’s hard work in servicing their clients. Our office closed 75 transactions for $57 million with an average price of $760,000 and 34 leases. We listed 52 homes for $45.3 million, with an average price of $872,000 and wrote 99 contracts for $65 million with an average price of $657,000 and wrote 23 leases!
