2022 is going to be a banner year! Our NW Coldwell Banker office produced an astounding 28 agents eligible for the February Million Dollar Club by listing, writing business or closing sales of 1 Million or more! So proud of everyone’s contribution. Our office closed 49 transactions for $34.2 million with an average price of $699,000 and 15 leases. We listed 30 homes for $18 million, with an average price of $597,000 and wrote 84 contracts for $72.3 million with an average price of $860,000!
