What a way to start off 2022! Our NW Coldwell Banker office produced an astounding 28 agents eligible for the Million Dollar Club by listing, writing business or closing sales during the month of 1 Million or more! So proud of everyone’s contribution. Our office closed 73 transactions for $43.6 million with an average price of $597,000 and 19 leases. We listed 38 homes for $24.5 million, with an average price of $644,000 and wrote 85 contracts for $69.1 million with an average price of $812,000! Whew….I’m tired just thinking about all those transactions.
