My sellers on 10602 Lynncrest Cove are excited to have closed on their “smart” home in Canyon Creek in Austin, TX. Their home is located only minutes to Canyon Creek Elementary in the RRISD, the community pool, tennis courts and Trailhead Park. A lovely family relocating to Austin are the proud new owners.

It’s exhilarating to be a part of the Austin real estate market as it continues to stabilize giving us an indication that our “new normal” will be stronger than the pre-covid pandemic. Austin continues to solidify our position as “The biggest boomtown that America has seen in 50 years.”
I list many properties with a variety of sellers and handle many transactions which allow me to be an integral part of the family dynamics during the home selling process.
It’s an exciting time for sellers right now because financial rewards are enormous, and decisions need to be made on how to handle the unexpected windfall. Usually, sellers are looking at 3 buckets to fill: invest it, spend it or save it! The devil is in the details in knowing how much to put in each bucket to make the best use of every dollar.
My sellers on Lynncrest Cove are young, married, no children yet, she is a writer, and he has a technology job that allows him to work from anywhere. They are adventuresome and love to travel! Their decision was made to buy a Paradigm Alliance RV and truck and spend the next year seeing the US. The RV is outfitted with an office so he can work, and they will soon be off on an adventure of a lifetime!
Kudos to Stephen and Arianna for making an investment in their future and seeing where their journey takes them. I will be following her blog as she documents their travels. Who knows they could become the next most famous internet couple! Kara and Nate made a dream of long term travel a reality and visited 100 countries! YouTube turned into their career, and they are living a life better than could have ever imagined! Route 66 anyone?
