Eleven years ago my sellers fell in love with this home when I had it listed! They knew the extra room and cul-de-sac lot was going to work perfectly for them! I listed and sold their home in Oak Forest and they closed on Nutwood Cove in Canyon Creek.
Today was bittersweet as they closed with relocating buyers and now will be renting as their Sitterle Home, I’m representing them on in Liberty Hill, is being built. They know it will be a process with the challenging “cycle time” with new construction from start to finish. With no home to worry about selling they can concentrate on their new single story on an acre lot.
They may miss their custom screened in back porch with vaulted ceiling but I’m sure they will come up with something spectacular in their new home.
