2021 Austin Real Estate took off with unseasonable buyer frenzy as each new listing became available. Multiple offers were the norm with many agents reviewing with sellers more than 50 submissions! All indicators point to the strongest seller’s market in Austin’s history! Home prices are increasing at record jumps.
