2020 has been a wild ride! My new motto for 2021 is “Be prepared to be surprised.” So many items of concern with COVID, vaccine distribution, people out of work, lock downs but don’t forget we live in Austin and are in the best position in the world.
Austin is the forefront of military, real estate and technology and has not skipped a beat, we continue to move forward and hold the #2 position for opportunity for job seekers.

We have 150 people a day relocating to Austin and our inventory is at record lows. Expect our Canyon Creek market to continue the trajectory we experienced in 2020.
- Sold prices climbed 12% from 2019 and 20% from 2018
- Highest price sold in 2020 ~ $755,000 ~ Up 24% from 2018
There are NO Active homes found on December 31, 2020 (out of 1,330+ homes) and only 2 Contract Pending homes. Buyers are ready and anxiously awaiting new inventory to come on the market.
