Everyone is asking what will happen in 2021 to the real estate market in Canyon Creek.  So many items of concern with COVID, vaccine distribution, people out of work, lock downs but don’t forget we live in Austin! 70% of our residents are still working. We have 150 people a day relocating to Austin and our inventory is at record lows. Expect our market to continue the trajectory we experienced in 2020.

There are NO Active homes found on December 31, 2020 (out of 1,330+ homes) and only 2 Contract Pending homes. Buyers are ready and anxiously awaiting new inventory to come on the market.
