As of October 31, 2020, there are 15 homes under contract! As anticipated, new listings in October were quickly gobbled up by anxious buyers waiting for new inventory. Buyers need housing; we just cannot keep up with the demand!
Homes Sales in October 2020
October homes sales jumped by 133% from last October and sold prices were up 7%, sold price/square foot was up 8% and days on market was up 41% because there were a few homes that languished on market due to price, location or condition.
