August 2020 Home Sales Are In For Canyon Creek

Looking at the August numbers it is no surprise to see our Canyon Creek real estate market on fire!

Active Listings in Canyon Creek

As of August 31, 2020, there are only 5 active resale homes in Canyon Creek out of 1,330+ homes in the community (2 are in the gated section of the Enclave.). Inventory is anemic…….we need homes to list! 

Pending Sales in Canyon 

As of August 31, 2020, there are 8 homes under contract. Just as expected new listings in August came on the market and were quickly gobbled up by anxious buyers waiting for new inventory. So many buyers need housing, we cannot keep up with the demand! 

 Homes Sales in August 2020   

August number of sales were equal to last year but sold prices were up 19%, sold price/square foot was up 7% and days on market down 80%. Low interest rates, influx of people moving to Austin and very low inventory across the board contributed to our very active market.

 A note to sellers in Canyon Creek:
