It wasn’t a pretty picture in May with Shelter in Place going on and little to no inventory but the real estate market is heating up out there! Monthly stats right now might show a weaker than normal market, but once we get inside of June expect to see things look a lot different. We are seeing great activity but need more inventory for buyers who are eager to gobble up new listings.

As of May 31, 2020 there are only 4 active resale home in Canyon Creek out of 1,330+ homes in the community.
Pending Sales in Canyon
As of May 31, 2020 there are 2 homes under contract (one is my listing and the other is a home my buyers are purchasing). Buyers are anxiously waiting for new listings……. so many are in need of housing, we just can’t keep up with the demand!
Homes Sales in May 2020
May sales were down 85% and buyers who closed were thrilled with their low interest rates! Price/SF prices are up 7% year over year.
