Article Published in Washington Post

Last March I was interviewed by the Washington Post about relocating clients. They wanted to speak to clients of mine so I suggested my clients Colleen and Brian who just closed in November 2019 on a new construction Taylor Morrision home in Montebello. They were living in NYC in a 850 SF, 2 bedroom with their family (3 young boys).

It took about a year to build their home (from offer to closing) but they love Austin, the weather, their new home and their community.

Covid-19 hit and the article was put on hold so they could expand on the issues involved in relocating during a pandemic. Needless to say Colleen and Brian are thrilled they moved when they did. Can you imagine them Sheltered in Place in 850 SF with 3 small boys and both working from home?

The article is entitled: “Minimizing Angst on a Long-Distance Move.” You can find at the end of the article my clients and my contribution to the article. It’s fun to see the finished publication!
