IT’S HERE!

INCLINED ELDERS: How to rebrand aging for self and society

A New Book by Ramona Oliver

You may recall I’ve previously introduced you to my former client and now friend, Ramona Oliver, who pursues a passion for positive aging in all areas of her life.

In January 2019 my first post came out: Isn’t it time to rebrand the term aging?

In January 2020 my updated post on her progress came out: Update on Inclined Elders

I’m thrilled to announce that her book, INCLINED ELDERS, is now available in both paperback and ebook formats! See links below.

Ramona asserts that for the first time in history we are not only living longer, but everyone has an important choice to make: Commit to a meaningful, purposeful life of “Incline” as we get older or succumb to society’s negative connotation that a new stage – one of steady “decline” – is inevitable.

THIS BOOK WILL BE INVALUABLE IF YOU:

  •      Have a desire to continue living a purposeful life, no matter what your age.
  •      Are interested in learning how to maintain a positive attitude from adulthood to  elderhood.
  •       Want to learn how to create a living legacy and serve as a role model for future generations.

The core question this book answers is: What does a life of “incline” look and feel like and how can I best achieve it. The focus is to guide you, the reader, to learn how to shift your mindset from the traditional decline to a more positive Incline concept.

Ramona’s book is a call to action for those of you who opt to live a life of “Incline.” Not only for your personal fulfillment, but to help fuel a social “legacy” that increases the number of positive older role models in everyday life. Thus, leaving a “legacy of Incline” for future generations.

I’m in the process of reading INCLINED ELDERS and making notes and gleaning so much from each chapter! With Covid 19 and all the restrictions, 2020 is a year of altering our lifestyles in ways we never imagined. We all are learning to embrace change and look at life differently. Ramona ‘s call to action to opt to “Incline” rather than “decline” offers us an option to live with courage and live life to the fullest. I highly recommend you take time to read this upbeat book, full of insightful messages you don’t want to miss. I promise you won’t be able to put it down!
