April 2020 Homes Sales in Canyon Creek

Home sales in Canyon Creek for April 2020 are out!

  •          In April 2020 the average sold price increased year over year by 8%
  •          The number of home sales decreased by 14%!

 In April 2019, 8 homes sold and in April 2020, 7 homes sold (three were my listings). There is only 1 home Active in Canyon Creek and 3 homes under contract (two of these are my sales).

Covid 19 has brought new challenges to our lives but the Austin Real Estate Market is still active and we continue to safely help clients buy and sell real estate. Keep in mind we are in a health crisis not a real estate crisis!

As of April 30, 2020 there is only 1 active resale home in Canyon Creek out of 1,330+ homes in the community.

As of April 30, 2020 there are 3 homes under contract. Buyers are anxiously waiting for new listings….so many are in need of housing, we just can’t keep up with the demand.
