Amidst all of the craziness in our world with COVID-19 what a special day April 2020 was! Before my listing ever made it to market a couple in the community asked their agent to reach out to me. They got wind my sellers were going to be making updates, coming on the market and I would be their listing agent.
Normally we wouldn’t have entertained this idea but as the list grew of what my seller needed to do and the inkling of the COVID-19 was on the horizon we accepted an offer without any updates completed. The home had been rented and my sellers didn’t realize the extent of what needed to be done upon the tenants move out.
My sellers now are not worrying about making updates in preparation to selling and the buyers are finalizing their renovations. Love it when Sellers and Buyers are happy!
