The video and photos helped show buyers the features of this wonderful home. I scheduled agent appointments to view the home which begin at 2 pm on Friday, 3/20 through Saturday evening 3/21 (while the sellers stayed at a hotel).
Agents and buyers were respectful of not touching things in the house and using sanitizing spray on their hands. E signature was used in producing an offer and the home is now under contract and the sellers are back to their home.
