What a Happy Valentine’s Day for my relocating buyers from Colorado!
A CRS agent from CO reached out to me weeks ago about her sellers whose home closed and they were headed to Austin! She wanted me to help them find a home. I’ve been in contact with them by email and they made the move, started work and we met Friday afternoon on Valentine’s Day.
We had 4 homes to see and the last home was perfect! They could definitely see living there and fell in love with the house. ♥ Of course there were already 2 offers in but I reached out to the listing agent and we got our offer in by the deadline that evening. Thank goodness for DocuSign as my buyer had gone back to work after we saw the home. After a few minor changes we got a signed off contract! My buyers are ecstatic and have inspections scheduled for Wednesday. Love was in the air Valentine’s Day 2020! ♥ ♥
