So happy for my buyers from CA who closed by mobile notary on their new home in Canyon Creek. This is the back yard that in another year will hold a pool and spa. I helped their son and wife purchase a home in Canyon Creek last December and they are very excited to have their parents move into the community. Just the right distance away….. not right on top of each other.
My buyers currently are interviewing pool companies and tree companies in anticipation of their application to the Architectural board in Canyon Creek. Plans need be drawn to submit and they are reading and making sure guidelines are met and proposed properly.
They are meeting with a decorator and her contractors I suggested and the upgrading is soon to begin!
I received the nicest email saying they were amazed they were buying a home in Austin, and that I found them one in the perfect location with everything critical to their needs (quiet street near the park and school, but not too close to their kids, downstairs master, room for a pool, affordable and ready to be updated). They even said with my help for their kids and now them they already consider me a friend of the family and are excited to become my neighbor…….. I so love what I do!!
