We are so lucky to have an HOA Board that really gives their time and energy to making a difference in Canyon Creek!
Recently a new electrical circuit to the monument lights at the Canyon Creek pool/park entrance was bid and the usual electrical contractors cost came in at whopping $10,000. With the cost of the new amenity center, pool furniture, etc. this was a large bite to swallow. One of our Canyon Creek HOA board members, Mark Weaver is an engineer and licensed electrician. He took this on as a volunteer project with Dave Marshall (another CC HOA board member). They wrapped up the job and ran outlets to the back of each monument sign on a dedicated breaker. Now no more blown breakers when the park is lighted for the holidays!
Mark and Dave are an example of two hardworking and dedicated members of our HOA board. They deserve a real round of applause for utilizing their expertise and skills for our community! A big job well done. Thank you!! Thank you!! We also thank our other committee members and event planners who donate their time and talents to keep everything running smoothly and improve our community.
