
Last week-end my buyer flew in from CA to see this Canyon Creek home listed at 10222 Open Gate Drive. We looked at other communities and they quickly decided it was important to them to be closer to their son. They didn’t want to be on top of them but needed to live in Canyon Creek! We made an offer and were thrilled to secure the home. Finding a home on a quiet interior street was a plus!
Last December I found a home for their son and new daughter-in-law in Canyon Creek and they love it! His parents want a home with a pool so needed a yard to accommodate one since we couldn’t find a home with a pool. During their option period they’ve completed inspections and verified with a pool company they can obtain the necessary permits to construct a pool. Also verified the trees on the property where the pool will be going are not protected by the City of Austin (we love our trees). Repairs are negotiated and on to the appraisal!
