It’s been quite the week and week-end with several challenges. I worked with a wonderful couple from Pasadena (I sold their son and wife a home in December in Canyon Creek). They are going back to put their home on the market in April so will be back when they sell. I entered a new listing in and held an open house yesterday (I opened and my daughter Melissa closed with good traffic). Geno had a rough week as I took him to the ER Wednesday evening and he came home Saturday afternoon. We are dealing with pneumonia, strep throat and sepsis, not a great combination. The little ones are back from their ski trip in Montana so when he’s feeling better he’s looking forward to seeing them.
Did you know, according to the Texas REALTORS 2018 Texas Real Estate report they found the largest number of folks moving from out of state are from California, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Florida. US migration accounts for 55% of the new arrivals but more than 44% are moving to Texas from abroad!
