March 2019 Austin Texas Events ~ Here’s what’s going on!
Our weather has been a crazy mixture of cold, warm and plenty of rain! Hoping March brings us mild temperatures with sun and clear blue skies!
March is loaded with events in Austin for the whole family! Don’t miss Amy Schumer at the Long Center on March 3. And please don’t forget SXSW Festival will be in full swing March 8 -17th downtown. It will be crazy with so many visitors so plan accordingly for traffic and timing to get to events. The Rodeo will be in full force from the 16-30th at the Travis County Expo Center so make plans to events you want to see!
Saint Patrick’s Day Festival will be held at the Jordan-Bachman Pioneer Farms on the 17th. Austin bars and restaurants will offer some special drinks and appetizers so check for advertisements. There will be no shortage of places to celebrate!
Jerry Jeff Walker will be holding live the 2019 Texas Bash at the Paramount Theater on the 23rd and the Boston Pops on Tour will be performing on the 24th. A fun event for the whole family is the annual ABC Kite Festival at Zilker Park.
You won’t be disappointed with the venues offered in Austin for March 2019. It’s sure to be a sensational month of celebrating music, plays and so much more! Get your calendars out and make time for all that Austin has to offer and embrace January with thankful hearts!
