The temperatures were cold for Austin this past week-end but it could have been worse. I showed property Friday and Saturday, made an offer for my cash offer on an home that’s been on the market for 276 days and the seller is still proud of his price! I’ve had several projects at home while spending more time with Geno and glad I can cross them off my plate. I missed Hudson’s flag football game Saturday but got to see a video. I think we might have a little football player with quite the moves in the making! Watched both football games yesterday with both going into overtime! Congratulations to the Rams and Pats…stunning victories!
I attended the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin’s annual housing forecast breakfast event ….. Looks like Austin will have another great year…”Strong demand but strained supply” was the message!
