I love the holiday season! So many fun traditions to follow and one I especially like is “Random acts of Christmas” the “Keep Austin Weird way.” As you drive along many of our highways or into our communities you will see families claiming a tree and decorating it…why? Because it makes people smile while they are sitting in traffic or coming into a community.
For the last few years Hudson and Beckett helped me decorate a couple of trees coming into our entrance in the hood. It’s always fun to have residents smile and wave as we are decorating the trees! It’s a good chance to say “Merry Christmas!”
This weekend it was time…it’s all down…until December 2019!!
