January 2019 Austin Texas Events ~ Here’s what’s going on!

We’ve had colder than normal temperatures this fall and received more than our fair share of rain but hoping January will be milder. Now through January 15 make sure to find time to ice skate on the Plaza at the Whole Foods Rooftop on Lamar. The annual Boat show will be held at the Convention Center on the 4-6. And if a wedding is in the near future, you can’t miss the 2019 Bridal Extravaganza at the Palmer Events Center on the 5-6! Everyone’s favorite Home and Garden Show will be held 11-13 at the Convention Center and the City Wide Garage Sale is 2 week-ends – 12,13 and 19, 20.

If running is your thing than don’t miss the 3M half Marathon on the 20 downhill to downtown! George Lopez will be performing at the Bass Concert on the 19 and Whitney Rose on the 30. January is loaded with events for the whole family!

You won’t be disappointed with the venues offered in Austin for January 2019. It’s sure to be a sensational month of celebrating music, plays and so much more! Get your calendars out and make time for all that Austin has to offer and embrace January with thankful hearts!
