Serious delays on "Preserve at 620"on Hwy 620/ Rock Harbour Dr.

The vacant Wal-Mart supercenter closed on Hwy 620/Harbour Drive in August 2016 and sold to a California based commercial real estate company called Pac Ventures. According to Community Impact, a full service real estate firm in Austin, Aquila Commercial is working with Pac Ventures to develop the property. It’s to be called “The Preserve at 620.”

They are constructing approximately 215,000 square feet of office space that is offering a cutting edge modern office space overlooking the Balcones Canyonland Preserve. This complex will be a wonderful work environment to draw residents from so many Communities close by like River Place, Steiner Ranch, Grandview Hills, Canyon Creek, Montebello just to name a few.

Expect to find, lots of natural light with high ceilings with covered and open aired courtyards, dog runs, a state of the art fitness center, sport courts all with ample parking. You are close to the Trails of 620 with many restaurants and amenities.

Everyone has been wondering where they are in this project as at first reported expected completion was Spring of 2018 and this marketing video was released in July of 2018. I drove in and found few workers on the job and the security guard was being watchful. I hope full blown activity begins soon as this project really would make it easy for many to work close to where they live!

Close to Lake Travis..live and work living the dream in the lifestyle you have always envisioned!
