I’m sliding into the Fourth Quarter ~ Holiday Challenge

I’ve been gearing up for my slide into fourth quarter in terms of scheduled marketing activities that I know work for me. It takes planning to execute my October, November and December marketing blitz! I always hit it hard for the fall market with lots of marketing utilizing my annual marketing plan that includes on and offline marketing. There is always room for tweaking which I do consistently.

October

My statistical report for third quarter for my geographical farm in Canyon Creek of 1,330+ residents will be ready to be mailed to the gated sections (the Enclave and Villas of Canyon Creek) and hand delivered to the rest of the community by my Eagle Scout from the neighborhood, the first and second week-end in October. It will include updates for community events like our Fall Garage Sale and the Winter Multicultural event. I will also post my report with a spotlight to my Canyon Creek website: CanyonCreekNews.com.

Here is my second quarter report – I haven’t written the third yet…

My e-newsletter will also go out on October 1 to my sphere, past and current clients highlighting what Austin events are going on in October, my October Pinterest Board and a link to my post on the Austin economy.  I stay in touch every month. I like to keep it short, sweet, personal and no more than 3 topics. I always receive calls and emails after my e-newsletter goes out with referrals or questions concerning listing their homes.

My clients for life program rolled out in September our affiliation with Coldwell Banker’s Adopt-A-Pet project. Items to be donated for our local Austin chapter goes through October 14th and can be brought to my office or I’ll make sure to retrieve them.

Open house, Just listed, Contract Pending and Just Sold cards will be mailed out with a Halloween theme offering free market evaluations (just like every month).

November

My recipe calendars are ordered and will be in any day. They include my card already printed on the calendar. They will be stuffed in envelopes with a sticker reminding everyone of our HOA Winter Multicultural event, bagged ready for delivery in November to 1275 residents and mailed to the gated communities and my sphere for a total of 1,400 calendars.

My e-newsletter for November will be rolled out the first of the month like always including my thoughts on gratitude and reminding everyone how thankful I am for the opportunity to serve them, their family and friends.

My clients for life program will be emailed the second Tuesday of the month to my shphere, past and present clients.

Open House, Just listed, Contract Pending and Sold postcards will be mailed out with a Thanksgiving theme and an offering of free Market evaluations.

December

Christmas is a magical time so I like to mail out Holiday cards and deliver poinsettias to my clients. My pop-by visits are always done the beginning of December. It’s fun to give and receive a hug and wish my clients well for the holiday!

My e-newsletter is scheduled, just like every month, to go out the first of December and will include a special message thanking everyone for allowing me to be their trusted resource for anything real estate. I always thank them for trusting me with their referrals, wish them a happy and prosperous New Year and once again remind them I’d be honored to help them fulfill any real estate needs in 2019.

Just Sold cards will be mailed out with a Holiday theme and a message “ I can do the same for your home sale.”

My clients for life program will be emailed the second Tuesday in the month to my sphere and past and present clients.

My message is pretty much the same only constantly being tweaked: I’m the trusted resource for all things real estate and the most frequently hired Realtor® in Canyon Creek.
