I’m excited I’ve uncovered a real find for your dining pleasure this week-end! Temperatures have been soaring all week and it doesn’t look like any relief in sight so a perfect time to let someone else take charge of the cooking. A casual restaurant in the Windsor Village has opened and is quickly becoming a very popular destination….. It’s a must try!

Hank’s is unique in that it has 2 distinct sections – a cafe and a coffee shop during the day; and a restaurant/bar after 4pm. In addition to that, there’s a drive-through; and a dog friendly patio when it’s a nice day to sit and chill with your fur baby for awhile. Everything at Hank’s is made in-house including the bread, pastries, pastas and desserts. The bar has a full cocktail menu to go along with whatever you decide to eat.
On the appetizer menu there’s French Fries with Aioli, a Cheese Board and Wood Grilled Artichoke among other yummy choices. The Café menu has a Cheeseburger with sharp cheddar, bibb lettuce, red onion, dijonaise and french fries…Brie & Baguette with prosciutto, arugula, cornichon, aioli and mustard…and a Crispy Rice Bowl with mint, cilantro, ginger, cucumber and hot sauce. The Entrée menu has Tagliatelle Pasta with bolognese, ricotta and a baguette…Wood grilled Salmon with farro, quinoa, brown rice, kale in a white butter sauce. Finish it all off with something from the Dessert menu like the Lime Raspberry Tart or a slice of Flourless Chocolate Cake.
