Hard to believe it’s July and the 4th is going to be in 2 days! I’ve been negotiating repairs on a listing, met with a seller to discuss some issues, worked on my Quarterly and Monthly Statistical Report (going out for delivery right after the 4th), enjoyed date night with Geno at one of our favorite restaurants at the Domain and logged some pool time (I thought of you Barbara Todaro).Breaking news! Resolutions voted by the Austin City Council gave the okay to negotiate with Precourt Sports Ventures to construct a Major League Soccer Stadium and also to review plans from other developers for the 24-acre city owned property at 10414 McKalla Place in North Austin. It’s going to get real interesting!
