He showcased the home so buyers would recognize the livability of the home and fall in love with all the possibilities. I know the finished product drew the attention of dozens of Austin buyers.
We accepted a wonderful full price offer and held another full price offer firmly in place as a backup. I love that when it happens!
They just closed remotely and text me this wonderful message “Dorie, thanks so much for all you’ve done for us over the years. Every experience has been superb. We’re so glad you’ve been there for us.” It has been by pleasure Jeff and Alice! Congratulations and best wishes in this next phase in retirement.
