Just SOLD in the Enclave at Canyon Creek June 2018

I love it when past clients reach out to me and we get to work together again! I’d been chatting with my sellers for over a year, strategically planning when to list their wonderful garden home I sold to them in 2011. 7 years ago they lived across the street in a 2 story home but wanted a single story so when this home came available we made an offer quickly!

After moving we readied their home across the street and went on market selling quickly. Now it’s time to move again! The drive back and forth twice a year to take advantage of the seasons has become too much and they moved back to South Dakota to be near family and friends.

After moving out, windows washed and their home cleaned from top to bottom the crowning touch was the home staged by my favorite stager Brian, with Brian David Design! He showcased the home so buyers would recognize the livability of the home and fall in love with all the possibilities. I know the finished product drew the attention of dozens of Austin buyers.

We accepted a wonderful full price offer and held another full price offer firmly in place as a backup. I love that when it happens!

They just closed remotely and text me this wonderful message “Dorie, thanks so much for all you’ve done for us over the years. Every experience has been superb. We’re so glad you’ve been there for us.”  It has been by pleasure Jeff and Alice! Congratulations and best wishes in this next phase in retirement.
