After one trip, Caroline will quickly go on your list of favorite restaurants. It’s a restaurant, bar and coffeehouse in one; a great place to meet your friends and chill for a while. You can people watch as you dine downstairs on Congress Ave. Or, you can go upstairs for some fun at Upstairs at Caroline. Upstairs is an open air space that has communal picnic tables, fire pits and games – a giant Jenga is set up, there’s shuffleboard, checkers, foosball, billiards and cornhole – they even have tournaments!
On the dinner menu, you’ll find Chicken Schnitzel with shaved fennel & green beans with a whole lemon vinaigrette, Center Cut Pork with a cherry chili glaze, pecan & dried cherry slaw and a Salt & Pepper Salmon with cauliflower pilaf, toasted almonds and grilled asparagus. On the dessert menu, there’s Strawberry Shortcake with almond pound cake & whipped cream, Blueberry Cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream and Warm Chocolate Cake with salted caramel, roasted pecans and whipped cream. There’s also the Coffeehouse at Caroline where you can sip on espresso and fresh baked local pastries. And, there is even a menu for your fur baby – the Healthy Pet Cafe where you get a real “doggie bag”. On the Pet Cafe appetizer menu there’s Sweet Potato fries and Bark Pops white cheddar…the entree menu has Chicken, Beef or Bacon Bark and Barketizers fruits & veggies…and on the dessert menu there’s a Healthy Pet Cookie and some Frozen Yogurt with peanut butter and bacon.
