A fantastic Mother’s Day week-end! I held an open house on Saturday, negotiated repairs on two listings under contract, baked and spent a day with my special family at my son’s house for a BBQ and swimming. Couldn’t ask for a better Mother’s Day! ♥♥. With a family full of members in the real estate field we managed to stay clear of the subject all day!!
May 10, 2018 it was reported the Austin Zoning and Platting Commission voted 7-4 to terminate CodeNEXT sending zoning rewrites death wish to City Council. Rushing this lengthy edict through is proving to be a mistake so uncertain what will happen next! Maybe time to slow down, understand what is being planned and the repercussions for Austin is a good thing!
