My sellers reached out to me because of my recommendation on Next Door and I’d just listed and sold a home in their community. They were original owners and needed help in coordinating vendors to do a makeover (it was seriously in need of updating). I helped them pick out granite, flooring, paint, light fixtures and hardware.

We transformed their home from ordinary to extraordinary! Wallpaper and heavy drapes and cornices were removed along with the mauve metal blinds. Then the fun of coordinating the vendors to install the granite counters, under mount sinks, wide plank flooring, light fixtures, hardware and paint began!
The crowning touch was the home staged by my favorite stager, Brian, with Brian David Design! He showcased the home so buyers would recognize the livability of the home and fall in love with all the possibilities. I know the finish product drew the attention of dozens of Austin buyers.
Their individual website was shared with top producing agents in the area who specialize in Northwest Austin sales. My sellers received a wonderful offer from a young family relocating back to Austin with a darling little daughter and they are in the process of the conducting their inspections.
