OMG what a wonderful, sunny, blue sky week-end! My week-end was busy with 2 open houses on Saturday (daughter Melissa held one open) and 2 on Sunday (co-worker held one open) and 2 are now under contract! Enjoyed date night with Geno eating oysters and shrimp and made the the last soccer games for Handsome Hudson and Beautiful Beckett!
We have a new landscaper that worked all day Saturday doing an excellent job of planting, weeding, mulching , trimming and our yard looks amazing. He is meticulous and works hard..I will have a blog on him soon!
Head’s up Austinites! If you have a house in Austin near the Austin flood plain you’ll probably be in the flood plain next year because Austin’s 100 year flood plain looks more like today’s 500 year flood plain!
