What a cold and chilly week-end in Austin! We broke a record cold day of 34 degrees on Saturday! I showed property on Saturday morning and had a listing appointment to finalize paperwork in the afternoon…we will be coming on the market this week! My open house on my new listing on Sunday was killer! I ended up with 5 offers and a cash winner!
