Have you heard? Beginning March 1, 2018 the Canyon Creek community in NW Austin will be managed by Spectrum Association Management. I received my post card in the mail telling me how to go online to register and read Brett Funderburg’s, a director on the board, post on Nextdoor Canyon Creek announcing we’d be receiving our cards.
Goodwin Management has been servicing our community for many years and we thank them for their service. According to Brett Funderburg “the change is expected to reduce fixed management costs while elevating the level of service to Association members and the board.”
Many residents like to request ACC submission and use e-payment and Spectrum Association offers this service. They even offer a Live Chat feature or you can call them anytime at 512-834-3900 or email at contact@spectrumam.com.
I contacted them yesterday and they responded within 3 hours! I was looking to find out the price of the resale certificate and transfer fees when properties sell in Canyon Creek. Good news…. It’s less than before so will notify the title companies for some upcoming closings. This is important information for sellers to include on their sellers disclosures. The new manager is the one who contacted me. Communication is the key to success and they are off on the right foot!
Residents plan on coming to the annual Canyon Creek HOA meeting scheduled for March 27, 2018 and meet the new staff! I’d like to extend a big thank you to our HOA Board, for looking out for our best interests.
