A past client called me last fall to help him and his parents find a home in NW Austin. We narrowed the scope to 2 communities that would work because they wanted to be close to their son and his boys. We took a break over the Christmas holidays but began our search the day after New Year’s Day. A listing in the gated section of Four Points looked like a perfect home to consider! The floor plan, upgrades as well as the private backyard was high on their list of criteria!
Location, location, location of this lovely, move-in ready home with a fabulous covered private porch (great for grilling and outdoor entertaining), appeared to be the perfect choice. The community is close to their grandsons and shopping is right around the corner! The kitchen is extraordinary, the wood floors, high ceilings, large family room down and upstairs game room earned big points when determining if this was the right house. We have closed and my buyers are thrilled!
There are some personal touches such as painting, adding hardware to the cabinets etc. they will do to make it their own. They are even buying new furniture and not moving a lot of what they have in Iowa. I can’t wait to see the finished product!
