My listing recipe continues to work for my sellers in 2018!

I interviewed to list this home in competition with several other agents. The sellers found my strong recommendations on the NextDoor Canyon Creek site (Grandview Hills is 2 miles away).  The sellers just closed on a home in Florida and preferred not to have buyers traipsing through their home while they were trying to move. They were looking for a no hassle closing with an agent who could handle the details in their absence. After interviewing 3 agents they knew the list price they were comfortable with and their agent of choice.
